Downloading Instructions
FOR WINDOWS 1. From your email, save the JPEG attachment by
right clicking on the image with your mouse.
2. Choose “Save as” and then select
the place (drive and folder) on your computer where you would like to store the image.
3. In the "Save
As..." window that appears, specify where you want the image to be saved. TIP: Saving the image to your desktop will
make it easier to find later.
4. Give the image a name. (“Logo” is an easy one to remember.)
5. Click
on Save.
You can now go to this file on your computer and click on it to open, and the image should
appear.
If you would like to test how to place the JPEG image into a document, go to Word (Windows) and go to the Insert
tab. From the Insert menu, select, “Picture” and from the next menu, “from file.” Then go do
where your new JPEG is stored and select it. The JPEG image will appear within your word document.

help with using Word, or other page-layout programs, consult your help section within your computer software.
FOR MACINTOSH USERS 1. To save your file to the desktop
(recommended), go to File on the Apple menu and then select “Save As” and then
select where you would like to save the file.
2. OR, you can click and hold until the menu comes up and select
“Download Image to Disk.”
TIP: If you do not know where you want your file to go, choose
the desktop. Files saved to the this location are easy to find -- to look for them, simply minimize all of your windows.
